🔍 Job Description:
As a Survey Research Assistant, you will be responsible for:
Administering surveys and interviews in the field with accuracy and professionalism
Collecting high-quality data through face-to-face interviews using digital tools
Following strict ethical standards in handling sensitive information
Coordinating with team leaders and reporting daily progress
Ensuring timely completion of assigned fieldwork tasks
✅ Requirements:
Diploma or degree in social sciences, statistics, education, community development, or a related field
Prior experience in data collection or field research is an added advantage
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently under minimal supervision
Familiarity with Kilifi County and fluency in local languages(Giriama, Chonyi, or any mijikenda language) is preferred
Proficiency in using smartphones or tablets for data collection
📅 Duration:
Short-term contract based on project timelines
