Purpose: This reflection exercise guides you to present your personality confidently and professionally in job interviews. Using the 3LSHIFT framework (Letting Out, Letting Go, Letting In), you will: recognize and share your strengths authentically, release habits or tendencies that may distract or overwhelm, and tune into interviewer cues to adjust your approach—all while staying true to yourself.
